Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) and Cast Members, including those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine. Guests should bring their own face coverings and wear them at all times, except when dining or swimming. Guests may remove face coverings while actively eating or drinking, but they must be stationary and maintain appropriate physical distancing.

All face coverings (whether disposable or reusable) must:

• Be made with at least 2 layers of breathable material
• Fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin
• Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face
• Be secured with ties or ear loops and allow the Guest to remain hands-free

The Resort is designated as a smoke free environment. 

Smoking locations have been removed and smoking will be not be permitted on premises.

Hawaii state law prohibits smoking (including e-cigarettes) on the beach within the state.

Please be advised Menehune Bridge water play area will be unavailable from April 21 – May 16, 2025. During this time, guests may see or hear construction work, but noise should not be heard between dusk and 8 a.m.

During this refurbishment, smaller guests can make a splash at any of the other fun water features, including Ka Maka Pool & Grotto, Waikolohe Pool and Stream, two exhilarating water slides, multiple whirlpool spas, and Keiki Cove splash zone.

Please be advised beginning May 27, 2025, Aulani Resort will offer room cleaning services every other day of a rental guests’ stay. This includes bed making, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of bathroom(s), kitchen/kitchenette and washing the dishes, removal of trash and towels, as well as replenishment of towels and amenities. Bed sheets are changed every four nights, or upon request. Guests may request daily housekeeping services with service beginning the following day. Housekeeping services are between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Please be advised the Waikolohe family pool, Waikolohe whirlpool spa, and Volcanic Vertical body slide will be unavailable from April 13 – May 8, 2026. During this time,  We invite guests to make a splash at any of the other fun water features, including Waikolohe Stream lazy river, Ka Maka Pool & Grotto family pool, Keiki Cove children’s splash zone, Tubestone Curl tube slide, Menehune Bridge water play structure, several whirlpool spas, and the Ko Olina beach area. In addition, Wailana Adult Pool and ‘Alohi Point whirlpool spa will continue to be available for guests ages 18 and over to enjoy.
